Tamasin Cole obituary

My wife, Tamasin Cole, who has died aged 63 after a year's illness, was a graphic designer and illustrator whose work included books, documents and games.

She saw herself as an information designer, and revelled in the seemingly dull task of bringing clarity to publications such as diagrams, maps and leaflets. The NHS was one of her clients, and anyone who has taken an Associated Board music exam in the past few years will have filled in one of her application forms.
