Letter: The Rev Kenneth Greet obituary

One evening in 1981 I went to collect my wife from a function at Colchester Methodist church. The meeting, which had been addressed by the Rev Kenneth Greet, overran, so I lingered in the lobby. Kenneth eventually appeared, came over to me, mentioned that it was his last night as president of the Methodist Conference and so I was the last person he would shake hands with in this capacity I didn't feel that I should mention that I was a Catholic.
